Welcome to the program

Let me walk you through the program–what’s inside, what support you get and how the best use of it.

First, I want to give you some insight on my strategy:

SCIENCE

Everything is backed by science. Not just my opinion on how you should live your life. It’s all backed by and rooted in science.

LIFESTYLE

This is not a diet or a quick fix to fit into your prom dress. What we’re doing here is educating you so you can create a plan that works with your body, your schedule, your priortities, and your lifestyle.

COMMUNITY

This was purposely designed to be a group program. It wasn’t just a nice to have but a requirement because one of the major keys to your success is community. When you connect with each other you’ll get healthier. Again, backed by science.

It sounds like a lot and it is, but it’s also the only way for your health to be EFFORTLESS. When you create a lifestyle you no longer have to think about what to eat, or when to eat, or if you want to go to yoga class or not.

If you have to think about it, you’ve already lost. This is all automatic and just “that thing you do.” That’s the end goal, to have a lifestyle that’s customized to you, that’s flexible and works with everything that’s important to you.

YOU are in control here. You’re the one doing this and you get all the credit. I’m offering you the science and lifestyle tools to improve your health, and lose weight. But you’re the one making the decision to use them, and actually doing it.

This is your foundation. This is where you’ll learn the science, the strategy, AND how to apply it to your lifestyle. Each lesson is given to you in easy-to-listen voice memos, so you can listen to them on the go or when you have a spare moment. Go through each one more than once, so you fully undersatnd whats inside each one. They build on each other.

FAQs

  • Cycles normally vary between around 20 - 34 days in length. If you’re period starts before day 30 of the protocol, simply go back to day 1 of the protocol calendar and continue on from there.

  • If your periods are irregular, you may benefit from a more bespoke experience. Let’s hop on a call and talk about options!

  • Item description
  • No problem. Let’s test this, and start on day 1 even though your period hasn’t come. If your period comes in a few days, that’s fine—make that day your new day 1. If your period DOESN’T come, and you have symptoms (overly anxious, stressed, tired, and ravenous), that means progesterone is still present and needs your care. Go back to the Nurture Phase and the Nurture Phase protocol for a few days. Most likely, your period will come, but if it doesn’t, start again as if it’s your new Day 1.
