WHAT’S HAPPENING
This is the phase where most women override what their body needs. They keep pushing. They keep performing. They ignore progesterone's signals. And then they wonder why they have terrible PMS.
WHAT TO DO TODAY
FASTING: 12-13 hours max.
FOOD: Hormone feasting. If you want chocolate, have chocolate. If you want sweet potato with butter, eat it. Your body knows what it needs.
EXERCISE: Gentle movement only. Walk. Stretch. That's it.
