WHAT TO DO TODAY

  • FASTING: 16-18 hours. Last day of longer fasting for a while.

  • FOOD: Ketobiotic. One more day of this.

  • EXERCISE: HIIT, cardio, weights. Whatever you want. This is your last day to push hard for a bit.
