WHAT’S HAPPENING
This is ovulation. Your ovaries are releasing an egg. All hormones are present right now - estrogen peaks, progesterone shows up, and testosterone (the only time in your cycle) is here too.

WHAT TO DO TODAY

  • FASTING: 13-15 hours. Do NOT exceed 15 hours. Your body needs food right now to support ovulation.

  • FOOD: Hormone feasting. Add in nature's carbs - sweet potatoes, squash, fruit. You need this now.

  • EXERCISE: Heavy weights, resistance training. Slower movements with high power. Think strength, not cardio.
