WHAT’S HAPPENING
Estrogen is still climbing, which means your body is efficiently burning fat for energy. You don't need to eat as often because your body has fuel. That's the whole point.

WHAT TO DO TODAY

  • FASTING: 15-18 hours. You should be comfortable here by now.

  • FOOD: Ketobiotic. When you eat, eat well. Make it count. Protein, fats, greens.

  • EXERCISE: HIIT or resistance training. Your body is strong right now. Use it.
