WHAT’S HAPPENING
Estrogen is starting to rise (but it's not at its peak yet). Progesterone and testosterone are both low. This is estrogen's time, and estrogen loves fasting.

WHAT TO DO TODAY

  • FASTING: 13-15 hours. Start simple. If your last meal was at 7pm yesterday, don't eat until 8-10am today.

  • FOOD: Ketobiotic. Think proteins, healthy fats, leafy greens. No refined carbs, no sugar, no bad oils. Keep it clean.

  • EXERCISE: You can push today if you want to. HIIT, cardio, weight lifting. Your body can handle it. But if you're tired from bleeding, dial it back. Listen.
