WHAT’S HAPPENING
Progesterone is rising and about to peak. Estrogen has a slight curve downward. Testosterone is still gone. This is progesterone's moment. Progesterone wants rest, relaxation, cozy sweaters, carbs, and chocolate.

This is NOT the time to go harder. This is the time to support your body so it can shed your uterine lining properly.

WHAT TO DO TODAY

  • FASTING: Maximum 13 hours. No more. Your body doesn't want long fasting windows right now.

  • FOOD: Hormone feasting. Add carbs back in. Sweet potato, squash, fruit. Heavier meals. Your body needs this.

  • EXERCISE: Walking, yoga, stretching. No HIIT. No intense cardio. Gentle movement only.
