WHAT’S HAPPENING
Estrogen just dropped sharply. Progesterone is declining before it rises again next week. Testosterone is gone. If you feel like you just fell off a cliff compared to yesterday - that's accurate. You did. This can feel like whiplash. High hormones last week, low hormones this week. It's jarring.

WHAT TO DO TODAY

  • FASTING: 13-16 hours. Back to longer fasting windows. Estrogen (even though it dropped) still responds to fasting better than progesterone does.

  • FOOD: Ketobiotic. Back to proteins, fats, greens. No more nature carbs for a few days.

  • EXERCISE: HIIT, cardio, weight lifting if you can. But if you need to dial it back, that's fine too.
