WHAT’S HAPPENING
All your hormones are still present, but they're about to drop. Tomorrow, estrogen declines sharply. Progesterone dips. Testosterone leaves completely.

WHAT TO DO TODAY

  • FASTING: 13-15 hours.

  • FOOD: Hormone feasting. Last day of adding carbs intentionally. Tomorrow we go back to ketobiotic.

  • EXERCISE: Whatever you want. Resistance, cardio, both. Your body can handle it today.
