You're still at peak hormone levels. Still creative, still powerful, still magnetic. But tomorrow, things start to decline.

WHAT TO DO TODAY

  • FASTING: 13-15 hours.

  • FOOD: Hormone feasting. Enjoy the carbs while they serve you. After tomorrow, we go back to ketobiotic.

  • EXERCISE: Resistance training. Last day to really build.
